Lukt het ons niet om de ontvanger van een cadeau tijdig te bereiken voor een levering op de afgesproken dag, nemen we contact op met de verzender voor overleg.
Na aflevering van zowel kaarten als cadeaus ontvangt de verzender hiervan een bevestiging.
